Coffin Dodger / Keymaster
watching the war channel - they showed a CH 46 land in the water deep enough to take in a small rubber boat (seal boat). Then it took off again. Thing hit the water fast - I figured it\'d flip. Boat runs up the rear ramp and they are gone.

quoting Dragonsreach:

Tuxedo do?, or Coveralls for the Sink unit?

Bring the tux for sure. But I was alluding to the jeans that might accent the boo-tay. ;)

I think we can mend a broken heart or two. After all, it fits right into The Plan. Doesn\'t it girls?

if the plan includes getting the attention of Queenies cast-offs...I\'m cool with that *laugh*

and Ms. Queen-o-Credits - best of luck for this working for you. Mom and I were talking of your shared birthdays last night and this thread. I\'ll for sure keep her updated :)

Cast-offs? I haven\'t even been picked up!

I missed the boat, entirely!

I must now spend my days roaming the streets and wailing piteously, as I can\'t even enter the Freak Bar without getting looked at funny.

Piteous wailing and gnashing of teeth.

Gnash.

Gnash.

Gnash.

See what I\'ve been reduced to?

Gnash.

Gnash.

Gnash.

I too have my own Tuxedo. In fact I\'m wearing it in the profile pic of me but it\'s hard to tell as it\'s just a head shot.

I did forget to mention that my political leanings are quite \'right\', although my mention of being an NRA member likely implied this. Sadly I\'m the only person I know on Facebook who listed their political leanings (or whatever they call it) as \'Very Conservative\'.

I feel it necessary to point out that Nova Scotia is officially Canada\'s mildest province. Winters here do get chilly obviously but I have worked outside in February wearing only a t-shirt (and pants, shoes etc.. obviously). Vancouver is milder as a city than Halifax, the \'mildest province\' title applies to Nova Scotia as a whole rather than comparing it to a specific area of another province like BC. I bring this up not because I\'m against relocation but rather just to educate the public about my home.

Indeed there are better painters out there (according to my ranking some 2000 of them on this site) but that just gives me more room for improvement. Perhaps if I wasn\'t the sole income provider for a family of five I would have the time to concentrate on the areas that need improvement.

A man of 37 has quite a bit more to offer than a youngster in their 20s in life experience and general wisdom yet is still young enough to have plenty of stamina and not set in his ways so much as to be un-trainable. In a nutshell... 30 to 60 is the true prime of life while 60+ is the ultimate \'fun zone\'. Under 30s still have so much to learn.

Lastly I would like to mention that I am very product loyal to two companies... I love my Coke and I\'m a Mac guy through and through. I\'m also kinda partial to GM autos but not so much as I\'d never buy anything else. I do like Rolex and Omega watches but I already have a collection of each so no new needs there.

TTFN, MPJ

PS: No specific offense to you youngins out there, but fact is there is a time and a place for excessive drugs, sex, and alcohol. That time and place is College.

PPS: Be young, have fun, drink Coke!

A divorce lawyer huh?

You got it made girl ....marry the sucker ....er, um award winning painter then divorce him. Only you have the ability to make sure he leaves with just the shirt on his back and the Golden Demon winning miniatures still in YOUR display case.

Or did I let the cat out of the bag with your hidden intentions?

That\'s nasty ..... but oh so lip smackingly, finger lickingly, deviously good.

Marriage : The perfect way to increase your miniature collection without having to actually buy the miniatures first.

Divorce : How to make those shared miniatures yours and yours only.

Can you work it so he has to pay for the upkeep and cleaning of your miniatures?

mensa

Mensa, huh ? And miniatures ? Hmmmm. We must explore more. As long as we are musing about M\'s and the joyful alliteration thereof, I also enjoy mini musicals.

Perhaps you favor Rogers and Hammerstein...

[alps]

Pro sculp and putty; a cute green stuff baby;
[dramatic pause]

Ridolfi\'s new vampire; a mini by Brady;
[another pause]

There\'s checks in my check book--I\'ve money it seems !
I\'m off to the game store for miniature things !

[[bump-bumpa-bump-bump bump - cheerpy Austrian music swells here]

There\'s a sale at Games Workshop on Skaven and Eldar.
So though I\'ve got plenty, you can\'t have too much pew-tar.
And Steve Buddle lasses, painted with Bonamant dreams
Are only a few of my miniature things!

When the bid\'s high !
When the Snipe strikes !
When I\'m feeling saaaaaaaaad.
I simply remember my miniature things
and then I don\'t feeeeeeeeeeeeeel so bad.

/alps

....So, whad\'ya think? Should I add singing talents to what I have to offer in any future conjugal union ?

.

M\'lady
you inquired as what figure would take so long to paint. Thats quite simple. My invisable stalker. Tough figure to paint. Besides I had set it down somewhere in the house and it took 20 years to find it again. Thats problem with painting invisable figures tought to find if misplaced.
But seriously I paint for enjoyment not pride. I never felt the need to post any of my work. I\'ll work on getting some posted just for you.

your humble naive
Falcarrion

formidable !

Wonderful. I\'ll be pleased to see it. I\'m sure it will be worth the wait.

In the meantime, it was wonderful to hear from you. I feared I had frightened off my potential suitors with my dreadful singing. :D ... So glad to learn that you weren\'t deterred.
