Master of Fact's Death Guard

Some of you may know me from random topics and such. So im going to commit and show you my army. I play 40k every week but dont get much time to paint, but im hoping some words of encouragement can spur me on. I have three models very nearly finished and they form my HQ. A converted typhus, forgeworld sorcerer and Ultraforge demon prince.

Here we go!! personaly i dont believe i am a good painter as i dont think im consistent enough and always lose tecniques ect :-( so please be constructive.

Forgeworld sorcerer. It painted itself, such a "nice" mini.

well... too much inks... to much drybrushing?

It is very dark... without contrast between the single parts... perhaps you should start to thin your paint more and use less washes? Try to paint some parts without drybrushing, but with blends...

but thease are only suggestions...

i agree with tag its very dark looking mate, thats just the background lighting though they seem to be well painted try a little more colour in the sore's reds pus yellow.

These guys are too dark, you have to highlight them a lot. You used lots of inks ans you should blend some highlights. I also think the skulls on Typhus should be shaded a bit.
