Also planning a backpacking trip through France for the start of next year, just me and my tent! Then I´m off to Italy in May/June.

So much chilling out to do, so little time!

Well I was considering going up through West France,
Barcelona - Toulouse - Bordeaux - Nantes,
then somewhere on the North coast.

But if there is stuff going on elsewhere I may just float about a bit, i´m going to get a France/Spain open rail ticket, so I could end up going anywhere I fancy.
