Ahahahahaha! I finally finished that last Persecutor!! Well, not really, I still need to do the base and I have to varnish him, but basically he IS DONE!!! Finally.

Just wanted to share my happiness with you Here\'s a rather crappy picture of him (it is 2 AM here):

Of course now I see all the things that are wrong with him and I don\'t like him anymore, but that was to be expected.
Tomorrow I\'ll make a better picture, do a group shot and then I\'ll start work on my flourescent mage for the second time

It really feels like there\'s a big weigth off my shoulders, though it was never really a chore to paint those guys.

well done. he looks great. i want to get some of those but didn\'t think they\'d look good with normal metallics - you have proved me wrong!

Hm. I obviously couldn\'t get round to take the photos, building my case took my time. Ah well. Tomorrow is another day. Probably.

I was hoping someone could give me any tips... I am not sure what is wrong with him, but something about him annoys me to no end. I pray to you intelligent painting gods: What do I have to do to improve my painting? What is the next step?

The bigest thing I see that kinda sticks out is the axe blade it seems omost not shaded next to the darkly shaded model
if you go in with a little black ink or wash where it mets the gold trim and fad it out a bit tords the edge I think you will find what you are looking for. Hope this helps
