This is amazing. The base, the feathers.

Any clues or hints on how to do something like this?

For he feathers I imagine he used fake feathers from a craft store? ??? I gree it is stunning, only a 7.8 when I saw it earlier today

Oops, just looked at the base I think that is a sculpted face in the ruins, the main thing composed of a pile of small pebbles, and the covering of mossy stuff out of a fine staticky grass substance... the jungle plants, I imagine you could get them from a fake flower store.

I think the feathers are real ones, the short red ones, at least. I\'ve seen photo etched brass long ones like that, I inherited some from a friend clearing out some space in his apt. The vegetation on the base might also be photo etched? Although since it\'s scratch built and hard to guess on scale, they could also be aquarium plants or something like that?

Thanks for your interest in my figure,
The scale is 54mm.
ALL the feathers are real and diferent tipes, The way I did was cutted the real feathers top extreme on, and converted in to miniature feathers.

it\'s quite nice but

1- the pics are way too small for a 54 mm scale mini

2- the base is too big

3- the skin seems a little rushed and rawly highlighted as the white belt

They are really authentic... the bases give them such a perfect atmosphere, and the ruins are lovely! Can\'t understand why they\'re so low-rated... ???

yeah the first one (the one with the leopard dress) is a full 9.5 for me!!! one of the best minis ever seen!!!:wow:

it was a really crappy pic before. the new one is a lot clearer, and the model here is WAY better!
