Cap'n Birdseye can now lower his fishy fingered flag as I got his stuff in the post this morning.
There was an old metal Catachan, a Harlequin and a couple of Dragon 1\35 Waffen SS models including Kurt "panzer" Meyer, an officer convicted of war crimes for killing Canadian prisoners. Not a particularly nice man but he ought to be interesting to paint.
All of that pales in comparisson however to the bottles of Vallejo crackle medium and foam & snow that were in there as well.

Obviously a bit late to jump into this. I've been away from cmon for, what about a year now. Been makin' another baby, getting demoted, working shift work and generally being too busy to be on here.
I did finish a mini I got in the last Mini Exchange just last week though. The problem is I can't tell you who gave it to me as all my old saved messages are gone now that cmon went and got all fancy and stuff. Thanks goes out to whoever sent this to me.
Here's the mini I finished. something totally different from anything I had done before.

Got my package in today from Tagamoga with a beautifully written note If only I had that handwriting. It contained a blister of Chaos Dragon Ogres (GW) and a blister of Goblinshaman Babajagob (Confrontation). Great mini's Not something I would buy myself but what is nice to get. Thank you Maria!

sorry.. I was in a hurry. I sent this away during working break. Standing in the queue of the postal office ,I remembered, that at leat one or two lines should be added. So I looked about hardly something im my bag for writing. I promisse next time it will be a proper letter! :sweat:
There was a time I thought starting Chaos and this model was quite interesting for me. And I LOVE this gobo. It is almost as crazy as I. But I know, that I wont paint them in the next year, so they will have a better "live" with you I think.
Oh your are welcome! I feared about not to hit your taste. And after I have heard, what is really sent by the others I am a little ashamed, that it was only them. But now I am gald, that you at least like my choice!

Woohoo Undave will be pleased to hear I've had a hassle free ME this time round, so I wont have to bug him to death
I got an Eldar Farseer for my Biel-Tan army, some Skaven Censer Bearers which I may convert for Blood Bowl, and a couple of randoms I dont recognise.
I also got a couple of bases, some flourescent orange paint, and a kind of plastic bubble which could be useful for pressing GS into to make lava bases etc

nothing wrong with the note.Also, don't be ashamed what others are sending. I had this once too and felt ashamed but it's up to everyone what to send, some decide to send more, some decide to send 2 mini's. Some also send other things with it like special food from their country jummy
