Hello again! just to say that in 1 weeks time (8th december) i shall be making the big trek up to nottingham to visit GW HQ (boo, hiss!)

whilst there i shall have the pleasure of attending the golden demon winners thingy, where i get my mini photographed for the said white dwarf/ overpriced showcase thingy pamphlet.

As i have absolutely no idea of what to expect (and for the other thing who is going) when i get there! are there any helpful souls/golden demon veterans who could shed some light on what goes on, and any possible perks or downsides to the trip.

i shall endeavour to take lots of photos wherever possible!..........(and if your wondering why i\'m speeaking a bit posh and regal, i\'m using a different toothpaste and it tingles!)

cool good luck with it, they didn\'t let us take photos of all the studio stuff last year(some top secret stuff), but it\'s worth looking at the gallery they have of miniatures.

Not really any tips other than to talk to people as much as you can, make the most of the experience with all the other top painters, last year it was a nice little day, they took care of us well, tea and biscuits, plus a tour round the studio and the factory, free dinner, etc etc.

Buy some LE Joeseph Bugman figures from the Bugmans bar.. they are good trade bait

Other than that have fun, the studio is a nice tour and bring lots of $$$ to spend at Warhammer world LOL

no doubt i shall be in \'how did you paint that mode\' come thursday. i shall bring along the camera for cheesy group shots and the odd sneaky oh did i hit that button in front of the latest top secret release.
