3 months on and I\'ll still shocked and frightened! I\'m a big oaf and worry about dropping him or tripping over something lol

I can\'t deny he\'s mine though! My wife is Japanese yet he looks more Western than not Can\'t believe how fast they grow too - big sausage arms n stuff. So cute.

Aye i\'ve seen a pic of you and your missus I remember you posting before and he does have the look of the old man about him right enough! Grats on the newest addition too, don\'t think i\'ve congratulated you before. Have you put on beef? I\'m sure you were a lot thinner before...

Thanks, TBS. Yeah I\'ve gained a lot of size lately, and a bunch of fat as well . Before I was really concerned with gaining body fat and would spend 3 months trying to grow then get worried and diet back. I was getting nowhere. I\'ve not dieted for 9 months now and made some excellent progress in the gym; shifting some decent weights in the big 3 now (deadlift, squat, bench).

I\'m going to hit a diet from July/Aug for 4 months. More carbs, more time, more cardio. Should be looking decent by xmas!
