Here is my newest one, a relatively quick paint job for fun to get me out of a big long painters block since that cyborg.

I would guess about 7-8 hours time total on her, she really almost seemed to paint herself. I did remove her gun, just because I thought it was a little overpowering and messed up the lines a bit.

Anyway, here she is

Not your best job, but still very good.
The right eye ( her right eye, left on the picture) looks a bit weird, especially in the first picture, but that might just be the angle. And if I\'m alowed to be very picky, the blade looks a touch too blue. the rest looks good, I really like the color of the corset (or whatever you would call that thing :p), looks very natural. Cheers.

I agree with Frenchkid, it\'s not your best work, but for a quick job it\'s still very impressive. I like the colours you\'ve used and the execution is quite smooth, although I know you can do even better. ;) I must say, that the angle in the second photo doesn\'t show a favourable view of her face, but that has nothing to do with the painting. :)

Very nice work, and amazing for that short amount of time! Very nicely blended overall. The green and hair makes the mini pop. Nice NMM, but as Arthur said, a touch too blue. the fur could have been neater. some more things to pick on as well.. But as a 6-7 hour job, I say it\'s awsome!

And to be really picky that\'s criticism not critism.. *ducks*

haha, yeah, I fixed the spelling, thanks Avelorn :p

I actually hated the fur, I had fun painting it all until the fur and I just lost interest and it sat for a week, until I just made myself do it this morning to get her done! and I think it shows my lack of care :(

the nmm on the blade I was actually a bit worried about because I did do it differently, trying something new there, which I think made it a bit more blue, and I am also thinking I may not like it at much as my earlier styles. Although always good to try new things!

Thanks for the feedback :)

I like the blue, reminds me of oiled and polished blue steel. And its not just good, its a lovely piece of work for 7 hours. You have a way with skin, and would like to see you paint one of the Hasslefree naked ladies

What I sometimes do is take these large images and resize them in photoshop. I think we all forget that these are dinky little toys lol

Well, scaling it down through two sizes to the rough size of how it would look in real life, I can say that this mini is lovely :D

You should all do it sometime...makes you realise what the hell we\'re painting. Seeing them big brings some critiques that, in all fairness, are obsolete. There are bound to be some glitches on real big images. Take it back the the roots and look at a small image...and prepare to be amazed!

I thought I\'d try what reverend was mentioning; this is a scaled down version, it\'s still larger than real life on my screen at 1920x1200 resolution, but much closer to life size :)

Another great mini. Yes, I agree it\'s not your best, but from this, I think you have definitely proven that you have amazing skill when you can whip this beauty up in 7 hours. I love the hair and the nmm. I like the skin, but I think the corset should maybe be another color for some more contrast with the skin. I am no good at all that color theory and matching junk, but that is my little opinion. Great job Eric.

*Edit* I think the right hand (left in the picture) needs some blacklining where it meets the shaft of the spear; sorry.:D

I love the subdued tones of the cream and greans. The skin is well done as well. I like the look of the spear head. :D

I will second what Grumb said. :D
