Yes, if you are Christian, remember that the holiday celebrates Jesus, who spent most of his life owning little more than a robe and a pair of sandals. Make the gifts you give special, not merely expensive, and take the opportunity to help others who need it :)

If, like me, you aren\'t Christian but celebrate Christmas anyway, think of it this way. Jesus was a kind, gentle, compassionate man in a time of cruelty, aggression and intolerance. Celebrate with kindness and compassion, love your loved ones and take the opportunity to give something to those less fortunate.

Yes, that\'s my \"epiphany\" this year. Me and mine are doing fine. Many others are not.

NSA, well said. In that spirit you may be happy to know that today a charity action by Dutch radio ended in gathering 1.2 million Euros for Congo which the Dutch government raises to 2.2 million. And all this in just one week. Final count will be higher still since not all money is in yet. Great start for x-mas.

Happy Holidays Everyone

My Christmas is both good AND sad this year...

The first year is always the hardest I hear, but the kids are having a great time.

Hope all of my Internet friends are having a good one too. :)
