Metallic powders (paints)

I am interested in trying my hand at using the metallic powders you need to mix with liquin or alike. Does anybody have some brand suggestions?
Online searches turn up things like Lumieres craft paints and I want something that can be used on metal minis.
I have seen people from both the French and Spanish teams use them but have been unable to see the branding.

I took a look at the SJN site but it really didnt tell me much at all. Are they powders that are mixed with a medium to be used with a brush? Is there anywhere I can see the colour charts so I know what colours are available?. Knowing me I just didnt look in the right place.
