There is so much to like about this one, Milosh. Seriously every aspect done to complete beauty. I don't know how you pulled that off with her hair. I'm staring at it like "How the hell did this guy know to put the highlights in just the right places." Skin tone is unbelievable as many have said. But also the black uniform-a challenging color-was done to perfection. Just wow, on this one. Where is my " favorite" button???!!! I mean it man, greatness on this one! 10s all the way to the bank.

Maybe be a nice sharp white glint on her whistle? Would really help with the focal point.

The secret to good hair highlights? Reference material. Just hit youtube for some Pantene or Garnier hair commercials. I guess you could park the TV on W network or TLC too while you paint. :beauty:

Thanks moe! BFK, going back to crosshatching again with really thin paint to create the look of real human skin. It also works well on fabric.
