I'll be curious to see what you do for this scene. The new one is looking good. Your shading on the skin is really nice (on that last one too). Never easy and even tougher on the female models, well done.
You've probably answered this is these 23 pages of WIP Milosh, but: what kind of airbrush are you using? I saw the super fine detail Badger ones in AFM (like the Renegade) but I keep wondering if it's worth it. I really need to learn to use my (Dad's he bought at mid-life crisis) two a bit better. I've got a couple of larger scale kits around and it seems inevitable that I have to use them. Anyhoo- it will be interesting to see where this goes if it isn't the typical bathroom scale scene!
Built up the sand with some putty and made a little sign, I also warmed her up a little. I have some tropical foliage to paint that I will be adding as well.
Started painting the sand and painting the foliage. The foliage started out orange and is meant for aquariums. I'm thinking of changing the sign with "nude beach" pointing left and "hula party" pointing right. This way I can display her with my Hula Hula girl.
Ha, I like the Nude Beach/Hula Party sign idea. Little things like that, linking figures together, it's a nice touch. The plants look good, especially for aquarium stuff. Not much left to do on this one. Nice job!
Thanks guys. Yeah, I have spent a lot with that company, but that's going to happen if you have a line of figures called pinups. Yeah Skel, the cabinet is crawling with hotties with more on the way. Going away for the weekend so won't be able to paint till Monday.
Finally had a chance to sit down and get some painting done. Still working on this girl but she is really close. What do you guys think about this white poster board background? I kind of like how it shows the figures off.
