Just to keep it interesting, if anyone can figure out what his front and back \"scrolls\" say, I might be willing to send out a bonus exchange mini!

@ squig hunter - Nope, keep trying!

@thecadian - Can\'t give too much of a clue, or it will be too easy. The only clue I will give is that there is one word on the front and one word on the back.

Nice job, Thecadian. You got it. Now provide the English translation for everyone else! PM me with your mailing address and I\'ll send you a bonus mini for your hard work.

Nice work, NSA. I think the high contrast works well. Looking forward to seeing what you do with Jabba and Boba (no pressure - whenever you get around to them)!

That\'s right - \"qodat\" = \"power\" and \"khub\" = \"good\".

Also, I cannot take full credit for the choice of words - I asked my wife for some short words representing power or righteousness for the model, and she suggested those. Her first language is Farsi.

Haha!

I finally got round to slapping a brush across some of the goodies that DD sent me.

I felt like a break from the GW stuff, and liked the look of the gord ironhead dwarf dude.

hope you like!!

Very nice Rev, although I can\'t help wondering what\'s he hiding behind that clump of tall grass... an embarassing hole in his tunic perhaps? lol

I must admit it was fun, a total change from painting minis for armies.

I tried to use a limited palette, and i\'m pleased with how it looks, it only took and hour and a half this morning!!

the grass... well its his personal stash innt ;-)

I used to think painting dwarves was fun... Then I got about half way through my dwarf army. Not so fun anymore. :drunk:
