I got the bats, I just left them in my cleaning area while I took the pictures. They are so tiny I didn\'t want to lose them!
BTW I left it out of my last post so I\'ll put it here. Thank you for the postcards. Anatora and I loved looking through them.
Your welcome, Port Jefferson is the town I do 90% of my work, and I used to live there (Now I live about 8 miles away). The village is over three hundred years old and I get to restore a lot of the old buildings. It\'s fun because I get to combine art with carpentry.
On another note, I would like to thank ALL of the people on CMON because my rating has finally put me in the top 2000! Now I\'m shooting for the top 1500. I know most of those were probably pity votes, bit I appreciate them just the same.

I first started miniatures (though didn\'t have the courage to paint), with Tyranids. Had nearly 3,000 points which I gave to a friend. The genestealer is going to be an opportunity I passed on previously.
Ok, I always thought that Ork\'s with goggles were really characterful. Bob Mugabe has been crossed with a giant silverback, and I\'m going to have fun working on a colour scheme.
A GW scribe too, lots of little details to paint on him. I do love painting details, they finish a miniature far more than the most skillful blending does.
Now, I have made some rather disparaging remarks about GW\'s space marines. But I have to admit that when I checked JakeSh\'s gallery to find a clue as to what he might send, I kinda got a bit space marinish. Never painted one, never expected to... So what does he send? The single space marine that I can think of right now, that I\'d have bought for myself; The Emperor\'s Champion - 25th anniversary edition.
An alltogether brilliant little package, Jake! Many thanks indeed! :bouncy:
My regret is that exams start in less than two weeks, and they end at the beginning of November. Perhaps by then, I\'ll know which to paint first.

I got a wonderful package in the mail today from Naukhel, Thanks. Can\'t decide which to paint first of course. I really like the Zombie guy with the muscles (kind of Hulk like), don\'t see that often. Here is the pic with the postcard of his hometown he sent.

My favourite out of the bunch is the goblinoid drummer, but after staring at him for 9 months and never believing myself up to the task at all, I passed him on. The guy on the far right, I tried a number of times, and stripped a number of times.
