I am still eagerly awaiting my package. I know there were some problems, but that was a while ago. Man I hope it gets here soon.

So, I went to the post office on Saturday, and guess what was waiting. A nice package containing 3 awesome miniatures.

There is an undead pirate from Privateer Press, which is just great. An Orc which I am not sure where it is from, but it is holding a severed head. And a mordheim figure holding a brazier.

I\'ll post pictures of what I received as soon as I get a chance to download them from the camera.

At last!

I finally can reveal the last piece I was given by Gin.
It is a \"shambling Mound\" by TSR (rip off of the 1940s comic \"the Shambling Heap\").
I painted it for the Rotten Harvest competition as the eponymous rotting harvest itself!
With plastic pumpkin basket - hey, even monsters like Halloween candy!

I have just managed to throw some paint on one of the figs rex lyver sent me ...just got to do the rest......and just for rex i`ve even used some of the hull red paint that you love. Cheers mate.

I tried to make the folds look a bit on the slimy side i may put some tribal type tatts on his gut...............later.:D

Eww... What\'s that? A fat golem? However your paint job looks good, nice to see a finished piece again! Perhaps I\'ll also get my brush and paint a bit... Later.

I was planning on doing something with the undead pirate, but it hasn\'t worked out quite like I hoped. Oh well, I should be done by the end of the weekend, and i\'ll stick the picture up then.

Nice job on it Cindy! I really like the color of the robe; what colors did you use? The face looks really good to me too. Excellent work!

the robes were done with black, scorched brown, Graveyard earth and Kommando Khaki and some white. All GW

Glad you like him. I tried to keep him natural and realistic as the sculpt was that too. Hence the very natural colours too.
