Thought we should have a \'completed\' thread to post pics in.

Thankyou to Trevor for this little beauty. He had already had some \'minor\' alterations (an arm replacement!), so I decided to take my pliers to him and wrench off his other one! The arms are plastic from the new captain model...

Not as fond of the melding of the old style marines with the new bits...just doesn\'t jibe somehow for me.

Still and all...excellent work.

Well I did get mine cleaned up and basecoated, but with moving house I\'ve not got anything else done.

Today I have to setup my GF\'s computer, as soon as thats done, I\'ll see about getting a painting desk setup.

I have mine in the works big time. I build and completed the base except for static grass....


I have the main body of the \"ork in mega armor\" mostly done. He is looking good. With all the NMM going on these days I opted to go for normal metalics...I honestly think REAL metalics look better for space orks. What do you all think?

IMO I think metallics would suit orks more, where as NMM would be more suitable for something like Eldar. Im still searching for a dead or wounded goblin for mine.

The base for my project is done all but a bit of foliage here and there and the model Doughnut sent is coming along apace. I won\'t be able to do anymore until tomorrow though as work is getting in the way.
