Mini from back cover of Games Forces #17

Hey guys,

On the back cover of the latest Game forces, CMONshop has advertised several mini's. Can anyone tell me what the mini is, and what range it's from, that is directly above the soda pop anime looking chick in the middle of the picture? I'm talking about the bigger looking creature with the bluish tones to the metals. I love it, and would like to know more about those mini's.
