Mini Shops in Derby UK

I'm visiting Derby, and I seem to recall someone on here saying there was a new store opening, is this so,
or can anyone recommend any shops in or around Derby?

There is a GW on Saddlegate and a model zone in the westfield center. Neither are that good, the only really good thing is the model zone now stocks vmc =/

For any variation there's Spirit Games in Burton and Maelstrom near Mansfield (I'd probably recommend Maelstrom - easy parking too). There's also Chimera in Ripley, although I think Chimera is mainly GW for minis. I can't think of anywhere else tbh.
