Miniaturansichten: who\'s going?

Mosch and I are going.
Have you been there before? I\'d be nice to know what to expect at such an event.

No, I\'ve never been there before. But last year I met Holger and Michael (Holzapfel), and they talked us into going :) Shortly after that I got an email from holger to invite us to give painting demos.

From what I\'ve hear from Holger, the event isn\'t that big, but it\'s 100% miniature painting, so don\'t expect wargame demos, shopkeepers selling their stuff or other things you see at most miniature events.

Well I\'ll see you Sunday then I suppose :) Be sure to introduce yourself using your CMON nick :D

hehe, it\'s definitely not big. One big room that is about the size of a classroom and a much smaller one. Still, as Holger says, it\'s all minis. :) I\'ll probably be going. Just trying to figure out right now how\'s joining me. cindy can\'t make it since she\'s in A\'dam.

I\'ve looked it up, and Amsterdam-Witten is about the same distance as Antwerp-Witten, so if we\'re going, she should be there too :)

So no excuses :D

I\'ll definitely be there. Already looking forward to meet you, Jasper and hopefully Ming-Hua again :) and of course to meet many new faces :)

@Sakura: Like the others have already said it is 100% pure miniature painting. Two relatively small rooms make for a nice atmosphere where it is possible to have a chat with many painters and sculptors and to exchange ideas and thoughts about minis and techniques.

hahaha... It\'s not the distance but the company I\'m with in Amsterdam that\'s the problem. Can\'t be at 2 spaces at the same time... Family weekend in Amsterdam... I should be in Artis (zoo) the sunday of miniatureansichten with my family. My parents booked a whole weekend Amsterdam (we were in Amsterdam anyway saturday evening due to tickets to a Dutch commedian (Bert Visscher).. So my mom and dad thought it fun to make it a whole weekend instead. Very nice and loads of fun... Just to bad the planning is a bit rotten... Would have really liked to go to Witten too. Ah well atleast I\'m not to be pittied... my alternative to Witten is nice as well.

But have you already decided to go to Crisis in Antwerp? And if so, have you informed your family about this? :)
