I will be encouraging \"local colour\" but will make it optional to the SENDER. It can be difficult for some to get out and find something interesting -- my receiver on ME10 got a photo of me at Halloween; not exactly exciting -- and it can also delay shipment.

Everyone will be encouraged to put in a post card, local photos or something similar. It will, however, be up to the sender.

I don\'t see the baggies as a problem Ainu. After all, all of my minis are in baggies due to space issues and no one has complained yet. Of course that being said i\'ll get some durn anti-brushlicker that will complain.
