still waiting...

for it all! i even went up to Santa Barbara this weekend to see my sis and she still didnt have my present.
blah. i have lost my faith in snail mail.

Mail. I know its random madness. I sent a guy in Japan a piece which took three days total to get there. I sent it basic- WOW.
Then I get mails from dudes in the next province that are still waiting for like 6 weeks plus.

Recieved my package form Grumb last night in the mail.
He sent it Friday and I got it on Monday.
Not too shabby.
And the figures are pretty cool too.
An OOP succubus, from a line of mini\'s I had never heard of before,
A Grenadier cannon crew from about 1992 and the Reaper Orc Warlord. Very cool.

Peter,
My package is on its way to you today. I dont know how long it will take to get it from the middle of the US to the UK but I\'ll try my hardest.
You didnt reply back on what you had a hard time getting, so I sent you a mixture of different US minis.. both OOP and current.
In all, I think there is 11 minis in the box.
(9 of them were for an army I had planned for the ,now defunct, Chanimail game)
It should keep both you and your significant other busy enough that you might forget the pliers. lol lol

Nice work KittyKat! Great bit of work on that one.

As for packages, don\'t worry, they will make them in eventually, thus the reason why we have almost two months on this in total. If everyone had them painted by the end of next week, there wouldn\'t be a reason to have that long of a timeline.

Myself, I recieved Gins package and she received mine (late comer, thus the direct swap) and although I haven\'t heard from Day as of yet if he got his, I\'m sure it will get there soon. Me, I\'m ready to accost the mail man as I eagerly away one from Zora as well.

Now ... just to figure out what I want to do with the actual paint on these things!

Lee;

I almost sent you a bunch of Chainmail minis that I bought and never got to complete before the game went belly up. Really glad I didn\'t now, that would have been pretty darned silly! lol

That Grenadier cannon crew is older than 92. I think most of it was stamped 1977 or 1979. I had bought one or two pieces later to fill out the crew and was going to use it in a diorama I never got round to making. Hope you can do something cool with them!

Glad you liked the other stuff too. I found some of those GrimReaper minis recently at a shop going out of business and bought a few because I\'d never heard of them either.

Can\'t wait to see what you decide to paint!

Cheers,
Grumb

P.S. - still waiting on my package from TJeffers, could take bit. And I\'m already stalking the mailman for the Paintaid minis, I swear he\'s going to get a restraining order to keep me away from him.

Hola,

nah, mine hasn\'t arrived yet. Good thing too, I have some time to practice with my wolfen. :) I\'ve found that it takes a bit longer for mail to come from the states to europe than the other way around, so your parcel should hit my local post office sometime at the end of the week, I think.

I sent a package to EricJ today, hopefully it\'ll arrive early next week.

Well, those minis are off and on their way to you. You should get them within 5 to 7 buisiness days as I sent them airmail.
( Which was just a tad expensive. It cost me 14 dollars in postage and another 7 in packing materials  )
Personally I can afford this, but we might want to keep the cost of sending things overseas in the future for those that are more economically challenged.;)

I\'ll post some before pictures in the next couple of days. :)

What??!??!

How on earth can it cost that much to send something from the other side of the pond? I sent two heavy minis to EricJ, cost me only 5,40eur by air mail, including a bubblewrapped envelope. Either you sent a really heavy packet or your postal service is ripping you off...

I\'d revolt, if I were you. :)
