I have received today the package from Crudelus, opened it and... TA-DAH! Archaon - Lord of chaos undivided from GW.

Nice mounted miniature!

After an obsessive reading of all other messages now I have something to paint :)

Well.. just after the end of a late Crhristmas commission.

Working on mine this week - I promise .... and this time maybe the bugger won\'t turn out to look like Spiderman .... hrmmm ... got two others Jahecker sent me two ... need to work on those ....

Well, just to put the cart before the horse for giggles, I assume this is going well for everyone and from the works that I have seen this has turned out to be a lot of fun for people and I know I\'m like a kid with a new toy when I tear open a box to see what goodie I got. So .... what are the plans for the next one as well ... along the same lines or something themed?

Anyhow - I\'m bored, up at 7am in the morning here (actually - since around 4am) and that\'s not natural and the brain isn\'t really working and ... I\'m bored.

errr, what happents if we don\'t make it? i have to work a lot over christmas and new year (i have to fund this damn hobby somehow!!) so i\'m not gonna much time to paint. i will try though, and i\'ve nearly finished one already but i\'ve hit a bit of a block on another

Well, Santa and his naughtly elves in morally suspicious clothes will find you and spank you until you get to work and finish the mini, naturally! Santa knows your address too... ;)

Seriously, this is supposed to be fun and all, right? If you have problems finding time, it\'s no longer fun to paint. If you can\'t finish the mini till \"deadline\", you don\'t - no sweat. I don\'t mind, and I doubt anyone else will blame you for not painting the mini.

thanks to u for the 2 nice chicks! in fact,i will soon paint these,because i did not received the miniature from draconis:(
i tried to contact him,but without response!
well,now i have 2 models to work with:D

I had a lot of fun painting this Night Goblin Shaman because it has a lot of character. This is my second attempt at NMM, but unfortunately the NMM \"gold\" doesnt look like gold. Oh well.

Haha, nice to see that gobbo that had bying lying in my box for over a year :D
He looks very nice James, I especially like the silver and blue, and the skin is also great !

I\'m glad you like him :)

Well mine is still in its undercoat stage, just have\'nt had the time recently but have just over a week off for christmas so should (hopefully) get it done then. I was trying to find a dead goblin for it but well ughhh tryed a bit then forgot about it, oh well.

Mine is done but I need to come up with a good idea for a base.
I need a good idea for a fire elemental that doesnt involve the seemingly required lava base.
Suggestions?

Thanks for the comments Birkir, and the minis! Also, I will try my best to paint the other one, the Executioner, in the next week or two; since you gave it to me for free, I can at least paint it! I hope to paint it all NMM cause it will be great practice. Thanks again and I hope everyone elses exchange minis turn out awesome!

I love that gobbo, need to get that myself someday, I\'m working on his big brother at the moment :)

How about him in scrubland, with a burnt wake, you could have burnt grass and a small burnt tree/shrub.

Otherwise Shaz\'s burning door way is a wicked idea.

I don\'t suppose it would be possible to extend the \"deadline\" to Jan 31, or even an extra week to Jan 20 or so? I know it\'s just a \"fun deadline\" but this is a terrible time of year what with Christmas and traveling and shopping and all.

Wow great job james. The NMM silver looks great and thhe gold looks good to me. Love that skintone too. :D
Mine is still waiting all preped up, but I just got on vacations so I\'ll have some time once I\'m done painting my brother\'s x-mas present :flip:
