Yes, I also thought he looked like George Washington the moment I saw him. Maybe a diorama, Georgie painting his own self-portrait, with the Reaper Eldritch Demon coming up behind him... I could title it something like \"What the history books DON\'T tell you..\" Cthulhu ATE Washington! (and to explain this a little further, the most common portrait of Washington used is an unfinished one.)
So, Brandlin (since you sent me them) or anybody else.. who are these guys really? I want to post them in the FaMP site but I\'d like to ID\'s for them before I do.

Thanks, Brandlin! I\'ve never done a historical mini before, I\'m gonna have to look up some references to do him. And I don\'t think I\'ve ever seen an eviler-looking Santa! And the elf chick will go great in the Warlord elfband I\'m putting together. Good call there!

The one I definately recognise is the center one which wasa giveaway ltd edition mini from Wargames Foundry I got one free when I subscribed to Wargames illustrared the other I do not know.

i still see a lack of pictures of the minis ppl got. i wanna see them! right now i am not at home, havent been since friday, going back tonight. maybe ill get to see my minis

anywho...still curiouse about how mickc22 decides to paint up the mini i sent him last time...and cfwheeler, have fun! ive never heard of batteground(or whatever it is called) before untill i saw that one guy i sent you. does anynone know what it is exactly?

I\'m going to gs my first mini up tonight so I\'ll put up a pick tomorrow. I haven\'t realy had a proper look at it yet as I am working on something else at the moment. By the way when is the deadline for this mini swap to be finished.

@ duende Errr ... i put a short letter with explanation in the packaging... dont tell me you threw that away???? I thought i put it in the top of the box, but... if you opened it upside down....?
The middle figure is a foundry LE, Its sent out when you buy their complete paint set.
The santa/ogre thing was a Foundry LE for xmas 2004. link here - Foundry Santa
I ended up with two each of these last two, so i suggested we compare and see what we each made of them...

@ Duende... you mentioned doing a diorama, cool idea by the way - i thouhg toyu might like to see these figures also by foundry. I thought the guys holding the mirror would be ideal for a self portrait!

This is part one of my miniswap gift from green-stuff and I am realy looking forward to getting my paints on this one.
This is an Ilyad games black orc warrior and I have been after some of these minis for so long that I was quite pleased I can tell you when the packet arrived and I saw the contents. I am thinking about doing a diorama of the two pieces and am drawing up a few ideas.

Weeeeee!!! Just got my package from broke n english. And what a great packaged it is. Way to much minis in there :flip: I\'ll try to get a picture of them all later but here is what\'s in there. An OOP flagelant, 2 reaper minis, a sweet loking dwarf, an oop reiksguard, oop empire wizard, and 2 oop empire grandmaster (I think that\'s what they are ), and waht could be an old chaos warrior . All of those a great looking mini. I think I\'m going to have a though time deciding wich one to start with Thanks a lot Broke N english

James9487! You there? Has the package arrived? When I posted it, I sent it registered, the woman at the Danish post office said that registering it might delay delivery a couple of days on the american end. It should have reached the american border already after 1-2 days, so it should have been in the US for a week already. Hope it comes one of the next days.
