I got me a Morbid puppet! Cool beans! I love undead, and I love Rackham, but for some reason I didn\'t have any of these guys! Now I do! I also got a GW Space Marine. I\'ve actually was hoping to get one, believe it or not, because I always do fantasy and I think this will challenge me. Maybe help me get over my GW anxiety. lol
Excellent choices, NSA! I\'m gonna prime them tonight and start laying in the base colors tomorrow.

Is it too late for more?

I have two things:
1) I am cleaning out my basement and have uncovered a box of about 20 pounds of old early 80s minis (ral partha and others) and
2) taking my MBA at the age of 41 has caused me to reassess and I have lost all interest in the gaming end of this hobby. Now that I have a few months off I intend to start paining again but I have about 5 cubic feet of GW stuff to blow out in exchange for a few more diverse ones....

Hello,

Today I received my package from Argonaux, and I am very happy with the contents. I got two wulfens from Rackham
So I will put my other minis aside for a while, and start painting my wulfens lol

Nice to hear that you like the minis I have sent to you. The Mage Knight Mini surely needs a better base, but besides that I think it is a good sculpt.

Yipee they have arrived

Went to the Post Office Depot this morning and collected my parcel from Duende (to big to fit through the letter box and no one was home when they called to deliver it)

I got a Reaper guardian Angel a very nice mini in deed I just hope I can do it justice, and the ideas are running through ny head already do I keep it straight fantacy or do I mix it with a space marine as a hero being rewarded type mini diarama? Hmmmmm will have to spend a lot of time thinking on this one I think

I also got the mounted figure Aragon the King from GW\'s LOTR range hmmm lots of thinking needed here I think :idea:

Ralfmetal sent me two Dark Age Scarrd Toxic Mistresses. They are going to be so good to paint (the first Dark Age). They\'re as daunting as the first time you pick up a Rackham figure.

@Blackfly--Thank you for the id. It looked familiar since I used to have a bucket of Chronopeia (sp) but when I looked through my minis for comparison, I only have goblins and some vehicles left in that line. Have an old starter set or book somewhere...maybe it might have a color scheme I can use...if I can find it. Gee, you would think painting a mini wouldn\'t be so complicated. lol

I really like that female but the guy looks like he has hit a patch of grease/oil and his legs are sliping from under him! No offence Cedric its just how he struck me as soon as I saw him but I have to admit they both look very nice.

I still haven\'t made up my mind yet what exactly I am going to do with this guy

Several ideas have been floating around my head as a sort of mini diarama come slightly larger than normal base involving another figure that I will need to find but the base idea I have several choices at Salute over the weekend I picked up a few resin bits plus in the garage somewhere I also have some broken resin pillars.

I am thinking along the lines of Honour to the Fallen but but still can\'t decide whether to keep it fantasy or go sci-fi hence the futuristic bases in the second shot

The other figure Duende sent me was the LOTR Aragon the King but I dont think I need to show him just yet

Blackfly has already sent you the right link for the figure, I have digged in my old miniatures and this Chronopia Knight Macemen seems interesting to paint.
You can go straight on the metallic parts or try some NMM and the loancloth and the cloack are flat enough to paint some freehand or some interesting pattern

Sorry for the late answer... I have some problem at home so I cannot check so often this thread.

You\'re right, the base was not original... I have added a GW base
