Well its that time again!
The last two Miniature Exchanges have been quite a bit of fun with people getting some very unusual miniatures and some outstanding paint jobs that have challenged or inspired individuals to pick up their paint brushes.
Might have drove some of us to throw them down too!

So now we\'re officially announcing Miniature Exchange #3 and taking on all that wish to join in on the fun. If this is your first time hearing about the exchange, let me give you a bit of information.
TJeffers started this up last year (cheers!) as he came to notice that he had more lead (that would be miniature) laying around in his drawers than he could possibly paint and what once might of inspired him certainly didn\'t any longer. Thus inspriation hit and he decided to see about an \'exchange\'.
Essentially, a group of us get together from all over the world, dig through our piles of goodies, and ship off one or two miniatures that we\'re interested in seeing SOMEONE ELSE paint while you in turn wait for a package from another individual with miniatures that you are supposed to paint as well. Its almost like Christmas with the anticipation of what you\'re going to get at times. This isn\'t a direct exchange from one person to another and back again but Sally sends to Joey and Joey sends to Ted and Ted sends to ... you get the idea.
The guidelines are fairly simple and open. First and foremost, participate and have fun. The more the merry, though we understand completely if life jumps up and you are not able to participate or finish up your miniature. It happens, try and finish it up down the road if you are able.
I have a list of names of the individuals that have participated in the past miniature exchange as well as those that spoke up and wanted to be included which I will post below. If you aren\'t able to continue on to the next exchange, we understand, but hope you are able to come back in the future. You\'ll have two months with the miniature though so hopefully that will keep most of us together on it. Tell a friend to join in as well, new blood is always welcome! If you are interested in participating, even if you did the last one, please speak up so no one gets \'drafted\' in that didn\'t want to continue with the exchange.

If you are in the UNKNOWN catagory or have a ???? for location, try and fill us in so we can keep the list up to date.
Now as I said earlier, this isn\'t a direct exchange, but one where you send to something to one, and someone else sends to you. Postage is fairly cheap these days if you don\'t try to rush something overnight but if you wish to stay within your country or a bit closer to home, please say so that we accomadate your situation.
From now till April 15th we\'ll get our list together so if you wish to participate, PLEASE SPEAK UP. On April 15th I will compile the list of names and randomly select your exchange partner and post it here in this thread.
Once your partner is chosen, it is up to you to send PM\'s along with your address and or reminders to for your exchange person to send their address to you.
There will be a weeks \'grace period\' for you to get through your pile of lead to find something that you are happy to send off and on April 22nd, the contest will officially begin. Hopefully by this time everyone will have had a chance to package and send their miniature.
The Miniature Exchange will run from April 22nd to June 22nd, giving everyone a full two months to receive, paint and post their miniatures.
As usual, if for some reason you DON\'T receive a miniature due to the postal service loosing it or a deadbeat exchange partner, please let me know by May 22nd so that I am able to personally send you an exchange miniature. So far we haven\'t had much in the way of trouble and I don\'t expect we will.
Again, enjoy, have fun, paint and convert to your hearts content.

I\'m adding/subtracting names and information as ya\'ll post as this will be the easiest way for everyone to keep up with who is what/where.

Just a samll warning 22 is in the middle of my vacations and I might not be home. So my mini will be snet just a little after that ( a week at most). Now I\'m off to find a suitable mini, I think there\'ll be a couple of minis from a very small french company at a convention I\'m going at this week end, tat could do it
