Well, from where I am, this is very true :(

Eventhough I live in Europe I have quite a few reaper figures... Conventions. Maybe giving the one who\'s to send to you, a list of companies you have the most off will help to prevent doubles.

I collect mostly GW and the last 10 years or so has seen me doing the 10 or 6mm scale stuff as well as historic 15mm so I can\'t see many people wanting that much of a challenge however don\'t panic I have a vast amount of OOP GW stuff in fantasy and sci/fi so it shouldn\'t be disappointing whoever gets a mini or two from me :).

Cindi I think the list idea is a good one but to be honest I think it would spoil the supprise and fun of the whole idea and if you did get something you already have then you now have the incentive to paint it :)

Hi FF

I should be done with this before the 15th. Setting something up so everyone can post several images of the same mini, with space for a couple of lines about whats going on. These will then be grouped and put together on one page to show the mini from start to finish. As for how many images, I wont be imposing any restrictions ( my host and good friend has informed me that \"there is a $%&@ load of space left still\" :D ), though the image file itself will have to be less than 150kb.

Any more ideas just pop me a message!

There was a company (now out of business as i write this) in scotland i used to mail order m Reapers from. I needed a handful of female D&D mages, and i found nothing from the GW range that i liked.

There also used to be a few small stores back when I first got into painting and gaming that sold minis that wer\'nt GW. I dont know what make they were though. Anyone from Cambridgeshire, UK, know if the Forbidden Planet shop is still in Cambridge?

Anyway, thats enough sidetracking......PAINT PAINT PAINT!

Forbidden Planet is still going country wide here as far as I know. Well the Cardiff shop is still open anyway at teh moment but I have never known them to stock Reaper or any of teh others.

If anybody wants Reaper there are a few you can try such as Paul & Treasa Bailey who run \"The Keep\" and there is also Artremis Black to name but 2, there is a lot more as well.

I did not know that Artemis Blacks did Reaper I\'ll have to check them out as the last time I ordered direct from the US it cost me an extra £20 in import duty.

@ NSA - I love your fig! I voted and commented.

I am also willing to send a fig to anyone not able to send one in return.

I am willing to ship anywhere, and specifically to those folks looking for Reaper that can\'t get them locally.

I know the idea in selecting a fig to send is that it be a surprise for the recipient, however, I like to ask the person I\'m sending to whether they are looking for a particular type of fig and I try to accomodate their interest without being specific as to what I\'m sending. That way they are more likely to be happy with what they receive and more likely to get it painted.

Just a thought...:flip::bouncy:

If anyone is after reapers in the UK there is a local store here in Norwich that stocks them. They don\'t do mail order, but as I have said before, if theres something specific you want let me know and I\'ll get them and send them off to you.

Unfortunately, I can\'t get Rackham, Crocodile games or dark age locally (I usually mail order my rackhams)- I\'d love to get some of those sebeki and basti or some of the dragyri wails and cyclones at some point!

Regards

Kat

I think you will find the current list of participants on page one of this thread it is being kept as a like link I believe so it can be updated.

As of right now, we have 48 individuals participating in the ME3 and we\'ve got room for more obviously if they want to jump in by Friday morning. After that, I\'m doing the selection with my kids and I\'ll have it posted before I head off to work that day (so sometime before 3pm Eastern time).

Its already been answered, but the list of all participants is on the first page of this thread on the starting post which I am editing and updating as newcomers toddle in.

Anyone else wanna jump on? Anyone ...
