I doubt many cat allergens could reside on bare pewter. Now, the packaging on the other hand... Anyway I have never heard of anyone being \"deathly\" allergic to cats. I\'d be more concerned about eating peanut butter while you\'re packaging the mini!Originally posted by Equus

@ Drake, what you send is quite up to you but a stripped bare metal would be preferable to one that needs stripping. It is up to you what you send it can be new and packaged still or it can be separated from its packet and or just an old mini that you have long since lost the urge to paint it is realy up to you. I think the main point is don\'t go out specially to buy one as some people have done though that isn\'t to say that you can\'t do that if you want. Basically anything goes like i said before it is like a lucky dip.
I\'m glad they don\'t have to be in the blister, because I\'ve never left anything in the blister. I have about 12 Grenadier dragons that have been sitting in my hutch for 15 years, sadly deprived of paint, but I don\'t think I can part with them just yet, maybe for ME4. I already have several figs picked out for this go round, depending on where and to whom. I can\'t wait till tomorrow, I\'m so excited. This is my first time, I\'m like an ME virgin.

Hey thanks for the replies. I thought that sending out a stripped mini would be fine but I was not sure if that was lame or not. I would not send a painted mini out that\'s not cool.

if i get someone within the US they should get the minis 3-4 business days after i recieve the address.
if its internationaly...i have no idea when it will arive.
and now...i wait impationtly as i always do. (FF you know how good i am at waiting)
i was also wondering if the mini i send doesnt have packaging(which is ok) but what if i also have no idea who made it or what its called? ill just send 2 minis..one in a bllister and the mystery one

you could always start one....then do the rest later. are they the trappers or the regualr gnobs? either way...im sure you have quite a few to paint.
its a shame you cant give out your address. i know someone who gives out his dads work address. gets stuff sent to that place. dunno if you can do that tho. or....we could ask TAB for your address *evil laugh*

regular gnoblar regiment... 24 of the lil buggers lol took me a couple hours to clean em all! but now they all ready to go! (cept for the heads those still need to be attached and cleaned!)

@Wolf_Fang... your dad has just read too many magazine articles about how the Internet is chock full of freaks, pervs and scam artists*. Not much you can do about that, just remember that 1) this \"internet\" is all a relatively new and strange thing for him, and 2) in a few years you\'ll get to make all these decisions for yourself!

Just got home from work and settled down for a snack as I\'m going over the list, requests and so forth and so on.
I\'m gonna crawl into bed, be up in about six hours when the boy decides its time for me to be up, and then I\'ll get to work on the list. As the girls are off to school, my son will be doing the picking, which will suit him just fine.
Look for the list sometime tomorrow around noon my time (Eastern). If we have any last minute stragglers, jump on before we get this started.

Just been looking through the names and places people have been volunteering from seems like a poor show from the UK painters
Must be busy doing commission work?
I\'m waiting for 2 pieces to arrive myself from the States so they should be here early next week.
If anybody is wondering on the time it will take to send stuff abroard don\'t worry it doesn\'t take that long, if it is small and fairly light it should get from the States to the UK in about 7 days sometimes even less as for customs mark it as a gift and toys and you should be OK.
I have several pieces ear marked depending on who I get to send them too I intend to ask if they have a preference on type of figure and how taxing/challenging do they wish it to be
