The Heresy mini is Dwarf Lord Vad Hurr..(vader)..the ball is something a lot of heresy miniatures have a lot of ....
good luck with the painting looking forward to seeing what you do..

ah. I have a rather ambitious plan for the heresy dwarf. Don\'t know If\' I\'ll be able to pull it off, but we will see.

Of course, this can only happen once my Iron Painter Mini is completed.

postman turns up at my door claiming they\'d had them for 2 weeks :cussing:

@chrismisterx - Looking good so far! I like the purple armor. I\'m glad he found a good home, and look forward to the finished version.

Hi, Yeah, sorry, my bad. I\'ve been wanting to send you a PM, but everytime something came up in between. Life has been fairly (or should that be \"unfairly\") complicated the last few weeks. The mini\'s arrived safely about 1 1/2 week ago though. And I love them! I\'ve been working on some LoTR miniatures about half a year ago, mainly characters wich are based on something which should resemble The One Ring. The bits&pieces are great, a few are just what I was looking for. I\'ll try to get some pictures up when (and if, for I\'m a bit short on time lately) I have used them on some conversions. I\'ve given the Warmachine solo to a friend of mine who actually plays Protectorate of Menoth in the Warmachine game. He will paint it, and I might even convince him to put it on CMON. Who knows. All in all, thanks!!

Thought I would jump in and let folks know I\'m not dead. I managed a start on one of the two pieces tonight:

Tried my hand at some freehand scales as the model was smooth. The other one I\'m still trying to get assembled; the hair is a seperate (and stubborn) piece.

hey mister! thats coming along really nice! i like the blue colors you chose. im working hard on my ME minis as well....3 orcs, soon to be done.

just trying to sort out my piccies.....
Nearly finished one of the minis been a bit busy of late lot\'s and lot\'s of commissions..
Looking good Mister.
Go back over the scaly areas and fill the gaps with either partscales or smaller scales.. very brave for having a go and a cracking idea.

misterjustin, that\'s looking really nice so far. I definitely want to see that one finished! Lovely, lovely mini, it is.

Right, so the next ME is supposed to be starting on the 22nd of October. I won\'t be able to do it - my weekends are far too full of courses at the moment. So, I suppose that means it\'s time for some volunteers to do ME 10. I put together lists of all previous exchange partners and all that stuff, which I\'ll pass onto whomever organises the next one. It\'s about time I stepped down from this thing anyway. :)

misterjustin is keen to have a shot at it too, OD. And there\'s no reason why either of you couldn\'t, so how about you two sort it out between yourselves?

It\'s not a lot of work, it just needs a certain attentiveness. I\'ve got lists of all previous exchange partners, and that kind of thing, which I\'ll happily pass along.
