Hi there ladies and gents! I'll be making an appearance at Tacticon in Colorado as a teacher. This will be a 2 day miniature painting bootcamp, covering many of the crazy things I do like portraiture, freehand patterns, skin tones and difficult colors. It's almost more Jess than any mortal can handle - spots are extremely limited, so get them now! Also, feel free to share and spread the word.
Some folks have been asking who I am, and what credentials I have to show. In short my notable awards are 7 Golden Demons, a Forgeworld Best in Show, GenCon Best in Show 2013 and ReaperCon Best in Show 2013 and 2014.
I am currently the main studio painter for Dark Sword Miniatures. Prior to that I worked extensively for Wyrd Miniatures and have also painted for BlackBall Games, Ax Faction, CoolMiniorNot, Reaper and Bombshell Miniatures.
