missing item in my order

well i ordered a bunch of stuffs from cmon they all came in about a week ago ~
and i found the package that came in missing one of i ordered item
1 x AEWS19, Falkar Wandering Sword (54mm)
I been trying to get in touch with Coolminiornot Store and i wrote 2 mails
but nothings happens.
anyway ~if any admin from the shop is checking this message
