I'm posting here because I hope someone at coolminior not will be able to help or someone refer me to someone who can.
I have used the tickets but the person responsible for it doesn't seem to understand the problem and keeps on telling me that he will check with shipping but then I don't hear from him anymore, so...
Is there a phone number or manager I could contact?
My order was shipped to the wrong adress 2 months ago. It was sent to my old adress even though I changed it, as I can confirm with my order receipt. But the shipping notice had my old adress for some reason, and I just noticed it a few days ago while looking and comparing both, trying to find why it hadn't been delivered yet.
I had received another parcel from the shop to my new adress before, so there was no concern to check all the details on the shipping notice, and anyway it was already shipped so... But now this prior order, that did got delivered, doesn't appear in my order history anymore! I really don't understand what's going on, and I'm not receiving much help.
I love coolmini's shop and I don't want to make a big fuss over this issue but I need this solved ASAP as I'm getting impatient. The mistake was not made on my part, I did change my adress, and as I said, I can prove it with the confirmation mail I received.
Anyone can direct me in the right direction? Is there a phone number I can call? I hope someone in charge is reading this and will give me a hand.
