Mithril Miniatures - February 2017 releases - Tobold Hornblower, Snowtroll & Orophin.
Mithril Miniatures have released three new MZ digitally designed 32mm scale metal miniatures at the end of February 2017.
These miniatures include Old Toby, or Tobold Hornblower, a famous Hobbit around the Shire for being responsible for cultivating pipeweed, which fast became a passion for many respectable Hobbits. This figure is primed and does require a little assembly.
The next figure is MZ629 Snow-Troll, a predator that harasses any northern travellers that it encounters. It may be smaller than its southerly cousins but that only makes it more brutal when it attacks.
The final metal miniature released is one of the guardians of Lothlorien, a forest in the realm of Galadriel, the Elven queen. He is Orophin of Lorien, brother of Rumil and Haldir. He is an excellent archer and skilled in woodcraft.
All three figures have only 100 made each. These are Fellowship club winners from previous years. The Fellowship club allows members to submit and vote on new ideas every month and those winners go into a production list.
