Progress on Alice:


I purchased a pot of P3 menoth white and menoth white highlight to see how they were. They are nice creamy paints, and very similar to GW's bleach bone to me. However a hate the paint pots just as much now as I did when GW used them 20 years ago. They Airbrush well though.

@Tenball- Well I hope to be done with Alice tomorrow evening. The model is already cute as hell, I'm just trying to throw some colors on it. :)

I screwed up the bottom dress so I had to redo the whole front of it and I really hate the rabbit. Screwed it up too so starting from scratch on it again but going to go a different route. Her hair is done and the dress parts are about 90% done. I have to fix some mistakes on the top half but thats just minor.

Progress:



I'm going to shade her skin a bit on her face and arms. The torso section will never been seen again after assembly unless your a perv and look up her dress on purpose. I'll do the stripes on her stockings tonight or tomorrow as the woman is home and dinner is cooking, then its time for season 3 of American Horror Story Coven.

Oh....and I did some more on this thing...that barely fits in my airbooth...the things we do for those we care for...

I feel the pain. My dad bought a 3' tall concrete indian brave on a yard sale and dropped it off last summer for me to paint for him. The details are mostly destroyed from the weather, so i haven't did anything with. At least you are making good on yours.

Thanks guys! Much appreciated.

I highlighted the dress some more then darkened up the recesses some more on the dress parts, and painted the bow tie. I've shaded the fleshy parts and now just have to finish her eyes and the bloody rabbit. She is constructed as far as I can go till the eyes and rabbit are complete. Phone pic:

Oh wow she is looking good. Your killing these anime sculpts dude. (she is an anime girl right?) Whatever she is KEEP IT UP!

@Digganob- Thanks man! She is an anime style alice in wonder land.

@WGS- Yeah those stockings were a pain. It would have been easier to use masking tape but they had indention lines molded in so I did them by brush.

@Alexandra- Thanks! The whites of the stockings are shaded like the other white parts, but it kinda got defused in the pics. I won't be doing the black parts anymore cause Im trying to keep it as simple as I can.

Looking really good .you need to post some of your newer works I've been to your gallery and there are some good stuff in there.love the nurgle rhino.you have make significant improvement to your minis.you've gotten so much better....if you ever need anything moetle I'll be willing to level you up.keep up the great work and lemme know if you need anything.

@BaM- Thanks I appreciate you taking a gander here. I forgot I even had a gallery here to be honest. I suck at photography, plus every time I try to put a photo there it always says its too large, so I just gave up trying. Them are some old old pics lol.

Just have to finish her eyes.

That's awesome Moe, just one eye the eye lashes looks smudged. How tall is this mini? Now i am hooked LOL I got to find out what would look like a model like that if I do one. What is the style of that mini, I will take a peak and browse some models :) my agenda is full for 2015 but i still have room in 2016 so far.
