Braveheart is painted greatheart...lol just made that up now.. :/ the chip tooth looks exactly like what he has...and I love the white and blue facepaint.

@Epic- The bust is in the cabinet till I get the photo issues I have lined out, or at least better.

@BaM- Thanks, I appreciate your help and input. I'm on chapter 7 of her book, although I haven't done her projects to the full 100%. Although I have tons of paints I don't have the specifics she says to use, and she is pretty adamant about using those. I'll probably just order them when I get a chance.

I think I have been looking at some of the colors as one shade off. Like, red-violet as pure violet, instead of red-violet. I'm trying to shift my way of thinking to her perspective and she does a very good job of explaning things. I have also purchased her book on drawing and I am looking forward to reading that as well.

This last week or so, with the weather going up and down, I've not been feeling the best. It really screws with my body. WGS knows what i'm talkin about :) So I haven't painted on anything lately.

But I have not been completely idle. I got my WoK kickstarter stuff and I must say, these are some cool mini's. I'm pretty sure someone without a lot of experience designed the molds for these, cause there are mold lines in some weird places for this type of material. The shield on the Pelegarth Howl alternate sculpt is upside down. But over all I really like them and wish I spent more money on them.

I really love ladies, dragons, demons, angels, fairies, and Asian culture, so the Nasier and Shael Han armies really did it for me. I was totally going to sell the other armies but after seeing them in the flesh, I really want to keep them :) I've got most of the Nasier cleaned but I need to think of how I'm going to do the bases.



I'll hit the brushes soon...

Awesome! at the time I had no idea it was on KS, kinda sad I missed it but hey I have way too much plastic now days and paint as fast a turtle. . one day I will finish then ALL! mawhahaha

there are some awesome mini's with WOK, enjoy :)

Seems like you'll be busy for a while... I'd love to get into WoK, but I have enough on my plate as it is. Got to get some painting done before I start something new.

Ohhh man. This is one of those KS's that it hurt to pass up. Really excited to see what you do with them.

Dunno, I'm working on them a little at a time. Right now they look like a Spider-man army with the red and blue. I'm going to use yellow as well for a triad color scheme. The skin I'm using the dark elf mix from reaper. I really like that skin tone for these guys.

My mind cannot work like that more then one mini and my head spins and I freak out LOL

When your painting an army I have found it is always good to have a few mini's on the side that have nothing to do with the color scheme your working on. I think it helps to refresh yourself sometimes.

That said, I have finished Killjoy, minus his base. I'll do that later when I do some bases of some of the others.

What do you guys think?

The Nasier army is getting there as well:
