hey! I was thinking about molding my latest mini, but I don\'t know how to??

what materials to use and so on...

I use water and a warm, damp, dark space - mold will start to grow in a few days if you\'re lucky.

Seriously though it depends on what you made the sculpt from - and on what you want to cast it in.

Most common is Room Temperature Vulcanizing rubber - you can find it on the web or in several hobby shops stateside. From what I understand, resin will sap the rubber however - and you have to do some work to make it work right with even the reletively low melting temperature of lead or pewter.

What mini IS it? You might be able to sell it to a company who\'ll cast if FOR you :)

I can\'t remember what company thou :p

have a chat with sally from hasslefree mate.
send her some pics as well.

hasslefree cast and sell stuff for others nowadays to help out starting sculpters.

don\'t expect anything to come of it straight away tho as sally is about to drop another little one (baby that is!)

Yes Hasslefree and Griffin Moulds would be the best bet.

If you really really want to cast yourself, then check out Youtube, theres a bunch of great tutorials to walk you through the steps. Not many for minis but I guess the principle is the same.
