Monitor Equalizer

I was just looking at CMON at work during an unscheduled break only to realize that one of my minis which is pulling in a few low votes a day looks terrible at work and fine at home. After racing home and adjusting my monitor I find that with it set the way my wife likes it my pic is way too dark. Yet when I put it back several pics from others are too light. Anybody have a way to equalize this? A standard set of grayscale boxes on the site with a certain one barely visible would allow us to set it so we were all looking at the same thing. That and the local law enforcement have been frustrating me lately.

On the slann mage preist I posted, on my comp it looks great, but on a school moniter, it was waaay too red and looked terrible. Made me wonder how many minis I\'ve graded down for no reason.

Yep, I\'ve noticed this too. As a general rule of thumb, I always set the monitor to the \"cooler\" variable setting, on whatever computer I may be on, as the \"warmer\" setting kinda messes up my colours....
