Nice colour choices and very neat work for a second attempt. A few things to look at are ensuring that one part does not bleed into another, an example of this is where her hand is holding the staff - they are not so distinct.
The base could use some attention as it is very bare. Generally though it's a fine second mini, I really like the face, it has a nice tone and is a good focal point. Thanks for sharing.
