I\'ve got so many miniatures to paint that I can\'t seem to stick to one so here is another :p . I\'ve finished this one but he is part of a set with another flag bearer and a commander. If anyone can guess who the commander is from this flag I will be impressed ;) .

So far your all wrong :p . I\'ll give you a clue, he was one of the main commanders in the invasion of korea (this was Japans only attempt of invasion into another country, they wanted to invade China but were stopped before they got that far).
Yes it is one of the Perry\'s miniatures but dont look on there site to find the answer :p .

Nitpicking here but I take it you mean Feudal Japan. As the 20th century Japanese army took quite a large part of China under it\'s control when it invaded in the 1930\'s

havent a clue, i only asked because ive been looking for some samurai models and there models seem a lot better with a coat of paint on than the crappy pictures on there website.

@ Dragonsreach , Well my history of Japan stops before that , the age of the Samurai was pretty much done with by then :( . It would be interesting to find out some information about that if you have any.

@noneedforaname, Imo I think those samurai miniatures by the Perry twins are great, they are a bit fiddly to paint however and they definetely need better bases than the the ones they originally have.
