cool it worked ,thanks jah.the other guy is just to show size difference.he will look much better at next stage,i will fill in the legs and waist area.i have allso started weapon.pic,s soon to come.

looks really good so far. gs work is really smooth and well done. i procrastinate too much to work on my gs skills. XD

only thing i can sorta point out is where the torso meets the pelvis (which you already pointed out). looks a tad bit odd. seems that the torso fits a bit too high/raised on the legs.

cool. no wings (sanguinius is the only loyal primarch mentioned with a mutation, i assume he got them when he ascended to demonhood)

i would sort out his pelvis - his hips aren\'t right, ou need to continue the line of the leg upwards, see below

It\'s very cool indeed but to be honest with the design of the mini your doing plastic card would be way easier for you. Most is orbs connected together with strip all of which you could do with plastic and get exact shapes and edges. You could then go in and sculpt green stuff details over, and into the sections of card. Just an idea if you ever do another.

To be honest, i dont think mortarion would have a facemask, the the heresy books it said he liked to ingest poisens, so he breaths in noxious gasses, drinks poisen shots etc.. You just might wanna think about that.

The sculpting looks pretty good so far..

He\'s described as having a breather mask that constantly feeds him with poisonous vapours from the Death Guard home planet of Barbarus.


Looking good so far. I\'m interested to see how you\'re going to tackle his Manreaper scythe.

Just for a bit of info. sanguinus never went evil he just disappeared I think, maybe with Leman Russ to look for the tree of life for El Emperor :cool:

Nope Sanguinius got himself killed by Horus, just before the Emperor turned up and gave Horus a \"serious spanking\".

Back in the Pre-heresy era no one but the Emperor really understood what Chaos was, so the fact that Sanguinius had wings and Magnus was a giant with red skin didn\'t really bother them too much. After the whole Heresy thing they got to understand more about the whole Chaos mutation thing and that\'s where all the \"Suffer not the unclean\" mentality came in.

Yeah he turned blue like the rest of his Legion after he became a Daemon Prince. He still has red hair though.
