Anyone out there know what the most most popular warhammer fantasy armies are, the top 3.

i don\'t, i guess it depends on what the newest army is. the people who buy gw stuff normall go for the most current

Right now I would guess dwarfs, wood elves, and ogres would be most popular right now. But Chaos (in all its forms) has always been pretty popular around here. But I think freakinacage is pretty spot on saying that it depends on what the newest army is.

Ogres have a fairly high representation right now... it generally takes a long time after a new army comes out before they actually start appearing on the tabletop. Wood Elves aren\'t even that common because a lot of people aren\'t done painting yet.

I play at the Mempis Bunker most weeks, and there are a lot of players that show up from week to week. Chaos armies, and Wood Elves are some of the most popular there now. Chaos has so much variety, and the Wood Elves have new rules and are very cool looking.

I will say that Dwarves are making a comeback with the new rules. I know that they are with me.
