mountain climbing miniatures?

Hello everyone,
Is there someone who knows a manufracture who sells miniatures who look like alpenists? Or miniatures who can be converted into mountain climbing miniatures without to much of a problem?

what scale are we talking?

i would have though some special ops teams could be converted, what with the armour (easily converted to padded clothing) and safety gear

True, I hoped for 28 mm scale but I could also do 54 mm.

I think Dragon used to make a set of 54mm WWII German Mountain troops that might be an easier conversion if you\'re working that scale.
