Multiple colour blending/shading

I am about to start a mini with 2 colours on one area. The base colour/highlights are green and shading brown. I wanted to know if any1 has some pointers in how i should blend from brown to green or green to brown in this manner.

Thanks,
Tommy

Start with a base coat of your chosen green color, which I\'m going to assume will most likely be a ctachan green or similar color. Then add a brown that is about the same shade as the base color to the green (about a 50/50 mix), thin it quite a bit and wash the area with it. Add more brown and a little black and shade the depressions, rinse and repeat until your happy with the depth. Then for highlighting start with the basecoat first (the washes will have tinted the base color) and then highlight as you would for the type of green you\'re going for. :flip::bouncy:

Yeah, as long as there isn\'t gonna be spots and blotches of various colours, you can just paint it normally. I\'d prime with white though, and give it a wash of a mid green colour, then a wash of the darkest brown, and blend in between them. Highlights can be done later. This is how Cyril get some of his cool colours, and Tammy did it on her Nurgle paintathon..

EDIT: Whoops, it\'s also basically how Taer does it, evidently. Always happy to help :D
