Mutated hull?

I\'m building and painting a WorldEater army for a friend of a friend. I\'m having problems comming up with ideas for a mutated hull for khorne. One idea was making it look like bloody runes were painted around the hull, the other idea is try and make it look like distorted faces are comming out of the hull using green stuff, any ideas/suggestions?

The faces idea is good, though if you can\'t sculpt it\'ll look like pants :( You could cover the hull in dead bodies which look \"embedded\" in the hull metal, you could use plastic zombies or Catachans to do it.

Hull????

Hull? That means tanks...We\'re bloody berzerkers who run into battle...tanks are for those wimpy imperial scum! BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!!!!!!lol (actually since skulls are the symbol of Khorne, you might want to get a few plastic ones, cut them in half and glue them to the hull. Then use green stuff to soften the edges to make it look like the skulls are pushing their way through the hull.)

Oh, and bleed on the model it helps in the game if a sacrifice has been made to the blood god.

Cheat the sculpting.

Take a whole lot of GS molds of faces you like (cover the face in KY jelly, or spit works for me , then press a ball of GS onto it and let it set. Now remove it from the face, and you have a mold of it you can use again and again!). Then take the casts you make of the mini, place them on the hull, and stretch them out so they look all distorted and chaosy.

I tried this technique, but all my friends got mad at me, especially when I spit on their face :(

Say it don\'t spray it.:D:|~

That\'s an awsome Idea! I\'ve never heard of doing that. It\'s the cheapest and easiest way to make a mini mold that
I\'ve heard of. I\'ll have to try it. (Hah now i can be even cheaper than ever in makeing my numerous armies.)

Green Stuff Casting is how Brother Sinaer does a lot of his stuff. Its a very useful technique for conversions.

On a different note GretchinDeathKommand\'s avatar is a pic drawn for me by a friend of mine, what I can\'t work out is how it got on the net... ??? Cool avatar though :D

Yeh, I heard him mention it, but he took the article down, so I didn\'t know what it was. One google search later I was ready to go! I can\'t wait to get the mini I ordered from borther Sinaer!

And another google search later

I typed in \"red gobbo gorkamorka\" and I got the very mini I thought the avatar was too.

a few other pics of the smae mini popped up, so I\'m pretty sure it ain\'t the drawing, just a pic of an unpainted version.

I am thinking that merging blade weapons, spikes, skulls, bones etc. with the hull by either heating the plastics until they bend and fuse (or even plastic cement to soften the plastic) would be appropriate for the blood god.

Cheers,
