Actually, I think the PYPets thread showed that it\'s about 48% dogs, 48% cats, and 4% other/no pet.

For the first few pages, there was a definite and distinct lead in the puppy party. But then, when this was pointed out, the cat contingent raced to catch up, with occasional commentary from the rodent rotary, the budgie brigade, and the ... nuts, I can\'t think of a good alliteration for lizards...

they even stay away from minis! AND perfect if you need to rinse your brush off after your cat throws your paint water on the ground.

There\'s a reason for this. Cats like quiet people. You go there and feel crappy and sit quietly in a corner. You\'re a cat magnet. You are loud, boistrous, life of the party, and the cat avoids you like the plague.

This is also true for people who are afraid of cats. The instinct when afraid is to sit very still. Cats just love people who sit very still.

Found \'em! It seems my wife found our cat trying to hide the minis and put them in a \"safe place\" only I seem to have forgotten she told me so.

The dog will sit on my lap whilst I paint, luckily he\'s not too interested in the minis, but he always wants the tissue paper I wipe the brushes on.

Sometimes he\'s great, he just sits there and watches me paint.

My wife\'s cat believes minis are her mortal enemies. She won\'t take/eat them; she just waits for an opportunity to jump on my painting desk and swat them off in a blind rage. They are insolent little people who bother her greatly.
