my first tau minis

I have finished my first tau minis:
Crisis Suit HQ
Fire Warrior Unit Leader
Fire Warriors
Gun Drones

Can someone give me some constructive comments? I really want to know what can be improved... thanx!

Well, others may have already said this to you about a hundred times, but the pic is a little.. off.. The mini painting is good, but parts of it are blurry and the lighting still looks a little dark, even though I can see you\'re using two lamps from the shadows. I think if you use photoshop or somesuch and put the brightness up a bit, the shadows would go away some and We\'d be able to see all the details.. But like I said, very good paint jobs!
