looking real good so far rich, how much longer you think before it hits the gallery?

unfortunatly the pic dosnt show it but the cloak has got a very purple hue to it, i could probably go a little higher with the high lights but i was trying to go for a real leather look.
Its going to be sometime before i get him in the gallery, im a realy slow painter lol! but im not working this weekend so i should get some more done and thx for all the help you guys are giving me, its good to here others thoughts as the minis progressing.

Hi, first ill apolagize for not posting last weekend but i had man flu and the misses wouldnt let me leave the sofa lol! But i managed to sqeeze some painting time in during the week and got the hair and the gold parts done, i was going to try my hand at nmm but realised i had already used metalics on the base so i didnt bother. Bit anoying realy as i manage to score the complete vmc range on ebay and realy wanted to try doing nmm with them, owell!
Anyway enough of my waffling heres the pics of what iv done hope you like.

dont beat yourself up about the NMM how you painted the metal looks GLORIOUSSSSS. once you get the gems done on this guy it will really start looking good. Are you going to GD this year? you should def enter this guy. or perhaps a squad entry? you wont go home empty handed if you do a squad of this quality
btw i scapped my autarch and got another WIP up. it would mean much to me if you could take a peak at it and let me know what you think. The photos are bad, just a heads up.

sorry again LOL! (habit forming this apolagizing) for the big delay in posting anything but iv been working some crazy hrs for the past 2 months and just havnt had the time to use the pc let alone do any painting but i did manage to sqeeze a little me time in on sunday evening and did some painting, not much but i think its realy started to bring the maodel together.
Sorry flunkUtron for missing your Wip ill try and find it and give it a look m8. Also I wont be going to gamesday this year (shame i realy wanted to enter again) but me and my wife have just found out she's pregnant and its due on and around halloween witch (see what i did there LOL!) is just a little to close to gamesday for my likeing, mady next year.

yeah the highlights on the cloak always look bad in the photo lol! but they are ment to be quite sharp as its ment to be dark brown/black leather.

I may change the base yet as im thinking of doing a BA army and im not shore how this kind of base will for them on a army scale.
