I\'ve just recently started being a bit active on these forums---and it seems you guys drop your new ones out here fairly regularly. Constructive criticism is always welcome...

Here\'s my latest---be gentle...:)

No constructive critism needed on this mini. Voted 9 for it. Interesting techniques you used but I have enough to master without trying another one. Excellent paint job.

This is the worst paint job I have ever seen. I can\'t believe I gave it a 9.:D

Thanks for the wonderful feedback.
@greenstuff---
I think my final pics darkened it a bit more than it really need to be, so a little bit was lost with the light (or lack thereof).
I couldn\'t decide whether I liked the base or not--I think I would err on the side of your judgement--I probably should\'ve done something else. The first idea I had wouldn\'t work for me, so I changed it up a bit----it seems when I do that I always lose a little creative momentum (for lack of a better term).

@Ebonbuddha---LOL!..thanks.

@Ogerbane---
Suprisingly, it\'s the first time I\'ve used those particular techniques to any degree on a mini---and it wasn\'t too difficult.
I took some inspiration from EricJ\'s work and techniques and combined them with some of my own---and I very much enjoyed the way the paint worked. It really surprised me how easy it was to pull off some of the harder blends----not of the same caliber as Eric, but his technique allowed me to push myself in directions I hadn\'t been before.

@everyone
Thanks for the wonderful feedback and votes.
