Really washed out from the pics, but from what I can see,
1. Eyes need some work - there is a really good article on here somewhere about painting them - or if you can find Shep Paines books on military modeling for diorama's hes got a good system for eyes there.
2. Skin tone is too uniform in the pics - could be from the pics being washed out, but she could use some washes to bring out the shadows and such.

looks almost goth with all this brightness/contrast 
i think its too bad the pics are that crappy, it would be fun to see it in full-glory-pics.

Yes Yes it is. The guy wanted him to have kinda rainbow sherbert hair and a Flail. He said he is going to be a tank. So i added the oversized flail for him and painted the hair the way you see it. He totally love it.

I really think that the tones are all too similar to have such a sudden splash of sherbert. If some of the details were picked out in those colors, it would help to merge it better. It could be something as simple as adding a tri-color icon to the backpack, and maybe onto the armor or glove. And if those are arrows in a quiver on the back, the fletching would have been the perfect place to do this. And the quiver itself has something decorative that could have been sherberted.
Course, my first impression was that somebody had painted up Michael Jackson. Something about the chin and glove that makes it that way for me.

Just reiterating what was said earlier.
Photo work needs some.... the face is washed out. A light diffuser would help.
If the face is not washed out, you need to learn to increase the contrast in your painting. Think stage makeup for these little guys. Darken eyes, highlight cheeks and noses, etc.
The metals are all one color of metal....(Put a drop of blue or green or black in with your silver on your pallet.
