Welcome Pixi, you will find a great deal of help here at the boards.
The whole family looked at your work and here is what we thought,
We all agree you have done a great job with an hard to paint mini. Hats off to talent and bravery for you for posting and getting to know the forum!
For help ...well
the consensus was such a nice face and great hair for sure. you have control and abilities with your brush.
A mention next was there is a lot of highlights, this makes it look silky but it maybe too much, the question was are there enough mid tones? That is a great problem to have here on Cmon, strong highlights are an easy fix when you want just wash with the mid color or you can go with opposite color to add depth to the shadows.
The top of staff is very very nice with the gem, two of us think maybe the highlights on the rod it self might have been better to have been on the side closest to her to match the light that is coming from above from the looks of the clothing highlights.
I looked at the background it is very hard to take pictures on green....matter of fact it is the worst to take pictures on for me. It has given me issues before and I am guessing since i see a shadow it is a piece of paper or something.
Changing colors may also help the mini photo better, a neutral color gray or a lot of people here use the blue gradient... I use a black primed box but thats just odd.
I hoped some of this helps and the four of us really give you kudos and hope to see much more of your work around here
Cheers
